Delivery Method

Commercial and Industrial Area Courier (Est. 3-4 days)

Only for the following commercial and industrial area: 
MTR the Island Line (except HKU), Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line (from Yau Ma Tei to Kwun Tong), Aberdeen, Wong Chuk Hang, Hung Hom, To Kwa Wan, San Po Kong, Yau Tong, Fo Tan, and Shatin Station. 

The following districts are not included: 
Aberdeen Island, Happy Valley, the mid-levels, Tung Chung, the Airport, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Yuen Long, all residential area, non-commercial and industrial area, schools, hospitals, shopping malls etc.

Delivery to Residential Address (Only valid for pre-paid transaction) (Est. 3-5 days)

* Only Paypal (Credit card)/Apple Pay/Google Pay online payment is accepted.
* No delivery service available on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and at night. 

SF-Express - EF Locker / Service Centre / SF-Store (Est. 2-4 days)
For SF-Express location operating hours, please refer to the SF-Express.
When the item arrived at the SF-Store / EF Locker, an SMS notification will be sent to buyer's mobile.  Please pick up the parcel within 3 days / 30 hours after SMS received from the SF-Express. Buyer will need to pay the extra storage fee after the storage period.  If buyer failed to pick-up the parcel within the storage period, parcel will be returned to us, and buyer will have to pay extra shipping fee for delivery reschedule.
